Day 1: Maun → Moremi (South Gate → Xakanaxa)
Morning/AfternoonPick-up in Maun (~05:30). Road transfer to South Gate (~140 km, 2.5–3 hrs).

Enter Moremi; game drive en route to Xakanaxa(~1.5 hrs). First sightings:Red lechwe, hippo pods, giraffe, possible lion kill.

Day 2: Full Day in Xakanaxa – Game Drives & Boat Cruise
MorningMorning game drive– Third Bridge, Dead Tree Island. Predator hotspot: Wild dogs (Moremi’s specialty), leopard, hyena clans.

Boat cruise on Xakanaxa Lagoon (motorboat). Hippos, crocs, malachite kingfishers, elephants drinking. Sunset game drive back to camp.

Day 3: Xakanaxa → Khwai Concession (Moremi Border)
Morning/span>Pack up; game drive north (~2 hrs) to Khwai(private concession). Traverse Mboma Island loop – waterbuck, tsessebe, rare Pel’s fishing owl.

Mokoro excursion (2 hrs) on Khwai River – silent, serene, frog choruses. Guided nature walk (1 hr) – spoor tracking, birding.
